Any idea whatsoever on when this inventory is going to arrive? This is getting ridiculous. How does best buy not have any communication with Apple to figure this out? They're losing customers because of this. You think they'd have more sense of urgency to get the stock in.

I tell you this. Next purchase I'm going to Apple straight because I called them and they told me that everyone that did a pre order through them got it on releasing date. Best Buy what is your ordering process? Can you explain it?

Wow I called AT&T to get my upgrade fee taken off since I still don't have my phone. They told me that the fee was already refunded because Best Buy did an upgrade reversal and that they have no order on file for me!!! I am so angry right now! What have I been waiting for this whole time?! I preordered on 9/12 only to have nothing from them. Now I'm stuck with a $50 gift card that I don't need because I'm not giving them anymore business. Not only that, my bill was higher not because of the fee but because they marked that upgrade as a 2 year contract so my discount came off! It was not a 2 year contract; it was the Next Plan. I've never had such a bad experience with Best Buy until now. I'm done with them!

As far I know I read on line that you can still return the $50. And they can check on your order status.

Hey teamkaidan,

 

This doesn't make sense at all. I looked at your order and it looks fine to me, and the status is we are awaiting inventory in order to fulfill the pre-order. I believe the upgrade fee is not charged until activation, and AT&T of course would have no order on files since you’re ordered the phone from Best Buy not AT&T. In addition it is my understanding your contract is not changed until the new phone is activated.

Allan,
I don't know why I would have been charged. Maybe that's why it was reversed,but somehow it did change my line to showing a 2 year contract because the AT&T rep had to adjust almost $40 to make it accurate. I understand why the order isn't showing in their system now. Thanks.

I have a store pick up ready on {removed per forum guidelines}

 

How can I get it price matched to Apple ?   The apple store infact is right across the hallway in the same mall !   I tried calling the mobile store and they said they do not price match apple ?  

 

I really want to buy it in best buy as an "elite" member but this is not helping....
