I Pre-ordered the iPhone 6s plus through best buy early saturday morning, and it currently says in progress. I upgraded through the att next program, however AT&T is still saying that I'm eligilbe for an upgrade, and that no order was placed for my line. So i'm just checking to see if there have been any issues with att next and order not going through.

Any item that is tied to a carrier (i.e. most phones, some tablets, etc...), that is ordered on BestBuy.com for in-store pickup, would be picked up at the mobile desk.

We would not be able to comment on when our stores will know their inventory of any specific item, or when a product will be available in a store.

I am not aware of any issues with pre-ordering the iPhone 6s Plus with the AT&T Next. I looked at your pre-order and everything looks fine.

There isn't a way for a customer to directly check their pre-order status placed in a store, but most Best Buy employees can look up the status for you. I looked at your pre-orders and she they are merely awaiting inventory at this point.

I looked at your pre-orders of the iPhone 6s Plus, and I show the one placed on 9/17 is in cancelled status. I show the pre-order placed on 9/21 is in pre-order status awaiting inventory and of course the release date.

Is there anyway to find out if I will actually get my phone on friday from the store I selected? Otherwise the site is false advertising pickup dates. When I did a preorder it told me that it will be available for pickup in store on September 25 2015. But when I went into best buy they told me I may not get it Friday now...
