Hello!

I see a lot of confusion at Amazon about warranty and unlocked LG G6 phone, many say theres no warranty. I see theres an European version with 64 GB and a US version with 32 GB. Im in the US, but travel to south america (Brazil) often.

Questions

1) LG has a link on their site regarding g6 unlocked which links to your site, BEST BUY. I see you state clearly on your site (and so does LG on their site) that the phone does have a 1 year warranty inside the USA. Correct?

2) The g6 unlocked will work fine in BRAZIL, correct? The phone interface has PORTUGUESE language available, correct?

Welcome to our forums! The LG G6 certainly does carry a one year manufacturer warranty if purchased brand new that is honored directly through LG within the US. It cannot be utilized outside of the country. In regards to its operations in Brazil we unfortunately cannot confirm that. Our unlocked phones are promoted to be unlocked to carriers within the US. I would recommend contacting LG and your personal carrier directly to inquire about its compatibility outside of the country.
