I'm still in the middle of a 2 year contract with Verizon and have 1 more year to go before my contract is up. Really want a new phone and after using Bestbuy's upgrade checker, it tells me that there's an early upgrade promotion going on, I may have to make a down payment on the new phone, and Verizon will waived the early cancellation fee.

Is this promotion only available online on Bestbuy's site, or can I also do this at a Bestbuy/Verizon store?

In most cases mobile promotions listed online are able to be utilized in store as well. Early upgrades should be processed at your local Best Buy or Verizon store.
