Hi, I checked my upgrade eligibility and it states
Unfortunately, this line isn't eligible to be upgraded yet.
000-000-0000 (phone number)
Upgrade Date: 8/15/2014
It is past that upgrade date but still showing no eligible. Has anyone had this issue?

I apologize for any confusion that this has caused you. I would recommend either talking to your local Best Buy Mobile representatives at your closest Best Buy store or contacting your service provider regarding any upgrade eligibility questions you may have.
