T Mobile Prepaid Internet

I was wondering if the $30 3GB Plan is available to no contract users on the prepaid network of T-Mobile. I saw their pricing on their website but there is so many buttons to press. It looks like a good value for checking emails and occasional intermet usage.

The $30 plan is used for mobile hotspots but it certainly does work fairly well depending on T-mobile's coverage in your area. It is availiable for anyone as a non-contract agreement.
