Sprint early upgrade

I am eligible for the early upgrade to lease or easy pay, I need to bring in my phone to upgrade but it has a cracked screen, will I still be able to upgrade?

Regrettably no. The phone must be in good working condition to qualify for the early upgrade.

Generally to early upgrade under a lease or installment billing option, you would need to turn in your phone in a condition that is in accordance with the agreement with your carrier. I fear that with a cracked screen, upgrading early would not be an option for you. With that said, I would encourage you to reach out to Sprint directly to see if you have any options.
