Hey there @jms4006,
It feels like just yesterday when I used to have an MP3 as my ringtone. While nowadays I prefer silent, which drives my family crazy (since I always miss their calls) I can understand the frustration that comes along with this issue. Have you had a chance to bring your phone to one of our Samsung Care Authorized Service Provider locations?
