I wanted to publicly thank Tasha for all of her help.  She was able to transfer my preorder from one store that didn't have enough units to cover preorders to the store directly across the street, who was able to have my phone ready in less than an hour.

I'm glad to see that your phone is currently packaged and awaiting carrier pickup by UPS! With that said, I admittedly cannot take credit for your order progressing, as it simply progressed naturally in our system as inventory became available. Smiley Happy

I was wondering how to redeem the $50 occlus credit. I don't think I got any document about it.

I looked into it, and I may be wrong, but it seems that the ones who get the free 6-game bundle are those that need to have to fill out a claim form for the free VR and not those of us who received ours directly. Kind of a "compensation for the hassle" type of deal.

I made an oculus account last night and even used the VR for awhile and received nothing aside from the basic software apps.

Hi MezJr, 

 

As my previous response indicates, you would want to review the link I shared and follow the instructions. It seems you need to simply create an Oculus account and the content should be available for download on 3/11/16.
