O really on the April date if they do that to mine I will cancel file a complaint and take my business else where. I ordered two phones and will be more than happy to return both and cancel the orders. I think if they say March 11th then they should be held to that as we all make and work our schedules around siging for these and getting them changed over from other phones. Amazes me how they can run their businesses like this and crap all over their customers -- our business politics for you at their best. Good luck and sorry for your disappointment. Sadly contacting BB through this forum, phone or chat or email has been useless no one can tell you anything about your particular order except they are working on it--- really because I see nothing happening with my order and now am just waiting on the back order notice.

I apologize for any disappointment that these notices have caused. Due to the variances in inventory based on location, model (which is determined by S7 or S7 edge, color, and carrier), you may find differences in availability and fulfillment times between each store and warehouse. I suggest keeping a close eye on your orders as well as inboxes for any email updates as we continue to process the pre-orders as inventory allows.

Funny how they can take orders but can't call you if they are having issues or tell anyone anything about their orders. I have for days now been unsuccessful getting any answers. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB on the pre order practice of Best Buy and also they lack of customer service help. If they take pre orders then they should be able to answer questions and process the orders they took not string customers out with no answers only to be left in the dark and more and likely without a new phone. If this was the case I would have bought my phone directly through my provider and been a happy camper I am guessing. Just know not to do business with Best Buy any further and now others can read these messages and see the issues with their company. Hopefully the BBB will step up and start putting these companies in line and hold them to certain standards because they obviusly have none. Will start my complaint now with the BBB and followup with other social media sites and friends so no one else has to go through what we are. I am so sorry your order got cancelled because Best Buy can't contact you like other companies do.

Thank you Tasha-- I have been watching my emails texts and orders online since i placed them and certainly hope you are correct. I appreciate the repsonse and checked my order and see nothing has changed yet but could be timing. Thank you for checking my order!! Have a super great day.
I will keep everyone updated if my phone changes status and if I get it by March 11th.
