I apologize if a delay in fulfilling your pre-orders has caused any frustration or inconvenience. We are doing our best to fulfill pre-orders received at each warehouse in store in the order they were received for each model as inventory becomes available. I encourage each of you to keep a close eye on your order and the email associated with the order for updates.
I should also like to note that our Return & Exchange Promise is 15 days for most items (unless provided an extended return period based on your My Best Buy membership status) and 14 days for carrier connectable devices. For items that are delivered to your home, this would be based on the delivery date of the particular item. Please be aware that if you cancel your pre-order of the phone without cancelling or returning any received free items, you may also be charged for the free items per the section "Bundle or Promotional Discount Items".

The Gear VR content will appear in the Oculus app after you create an account. Per the info here, they should appear with a "Download" option. If you continue to have trouble with your content, I would encourage you to contact Oculus at 1-888-795-6442 or at support.oculus.com.
