Is there a model with more space than 32GB?

No. While there are not models available with more space, you can expand the space with microSD cards.

On what carriers will the Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge be available?

Best Buy offers customers choice in plans, whether it’s a two-year plan or monthly installment billing options from AT&T, Sprint or Verizon Wireless.

How will inventory, which is not being held for pre-orders, be handled on Friday March 11th?

I never received a notification that my Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge is ready to be picked up, even though I pre-ordered it?

If you haven't received notification that your Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge is ready to be picked up it means the store didn't receive enough of the model you pre-ordered to fulfill you pre-order at this time, or they haven't physically reserved your pre-order yet with the inventory they did receive.

Hey all, I just wanted to see if anybody else is having issues doing the pre-order? I was able to verify my upgrade status last night and first thing this morning, but now when I attempt to pre-order it says an issue with my account. If i go to Verizon, there isn't any problems at all.

What is involved with your 2 year contracts? I have verizon. I am asking as verizon "did away" with their contracts on phones. Interesting to see the lower price.

It may very well be overloaded with people trying all at the same time.  I did it right away at 7:45 this morning when I got the email.  I didn't do it but I loaded everything up to check it out. 

Unfortunatly I have only had my S6 since August and was informed I would have to do a payout of $453.  I punched in my wifes phone which is up in July and it will work for her. I just have to talk her into getting rid of her iPhone.

vulsker - I apologize for any issues you were having with your pre-order of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge! Were you eventually able to process your pre-order, or are you still experiencing issues?

Wheels97 - Having your upgrade become available just after launch is quite perfect timing! If you are interested in receiving an S7 or S7 edge as soon as possible at launch, I would definitely encourage you to pre-order one. 

ojkwon - Currently, it does not appear that we have the S7 or S7 edge available as an unlocked device. I would encourage you to keep an eye on BestBuy.com for changes in availability though! 

jf240 - To my knowledge Verizon is still accepting 2-year contracts. You can check out the current pricing above!

They have moved their plans to no contracts, pay in full for your phone when I was there last time.

Many carriers are in the process of phasing out 2-year contracts in favor of installment billing plans. With that said, Verizon does still allow us to process 2-year contracts with upgrades or porting in your number from another carrier. However, we are not able to process brand new 2-year contracts with Verizon. I hope this clarifies things a bit for you!
