Someone should NOT be able to go online and order a phone I pre ordered 2 weeks ago and receive theirs before me- I don't even have an estimated date to receive mine. So no- inventory should not be allocated to bestbuy.com but to the stores to fulfill BB's commitment to their customers who preorders

Not a great phone launch for best buy...I pre-ordered mine on 3/27 and wasn't able to get my phone on launch day. I got no answers at my local store about when it would be coming in. Being told "just wait for an email" was pretty upsetting. Usually people that place an orders weeks in advance don't want to wait days or weeks--otherwise why preorder? Ultimately I got the information through Allan (thanks btw!) that my store would be getting a shipment on 4/20. I randomly ended up calling a best buy mobile location (10min drive away from the original store) at a mall and got my phone from them same day. They even told me that had extra phones available on launch day. I'm not sure what's worse about how best buy rolled out this product--that fact that very few people had any idea of what's going on reroduct availability and shipments or that noone seemed particularly interested in getting me my preorder ASAP. Allan was probably the most helpful customer service person I spoke to after all of this (and I think I spoke to at least 5+ reps). Most likely will not be a repeat customer.

I preordered at the Best Buy in Lexington KY Hamburg store and the store on Nicholasville Road has the phone. I went there and they had my exact phone but they wouldn't honor the free charger even though I had proof I preordered.

It seems that Best Buy is selling the T-Mobile Prepaid version of the Galaxy S6. Is there plans to sell the T-Mobile Prepaid version of the Galaxy S6 Edge? I'm very interested in purchasing one!
