We should be fulfilling all pre-orders at each store before that store sells any of that specific model on a walk-in basis. If your local store is selling the S6 on a walk-in basis it means they are selling models that they no longer have pre-orders to fulfill.

Sorry for the disappointing experience. I did look at your order, and show the phone is shipping directly from the vendor. I don't have any tracking information, but I do show the ETA is 4/20/2015.

I contacted UPS to ask them where my phone was at, and they indicated it is 'lost'. Good grief. They said they can begin an investigation on it, but they need Best Buy to make that request. Can someone please assist with that?
In the meantime, can I go to a Best Buy store and get my phone (if it is in stock), and return the phone ordered online once that is all figured out? Can I do so without penalty?

Since this phone is shipping to you directly from the vendor I don't have access to the tracking information for this phone. Could you send me a private message with the UPS tracking number? To send me a private message just click on the link in my signature. You can get a phone at one of our stores if they have one in stock, but keep in mind your contract upgrade eligibility was used for the ordering of this phone so you would have to pay full price for the phone.

Please let me know how long does it take for a pre-ordered Samsung S6 Edge to be available for pickup at the store.
I ordered one over one week ago and the phone has not arrived at the store yet. I am looking forward for the notification email.

Yes one s6 did arrive on Tuesday but I ordered two, one for me and my brother. The other was a store pickup with still no eta for the phone. I’m a bit upset since other places have the phone available now and I still can’t get mine, even though I "pre-ordered" it.

I looked at your order again, and I'm not sure how I missed the second handset. I do show this second phone is set to be picked up in a local store, but we are not able to comment as to when a store will get more inventory in stock.
