Hi Chuck999,

 

You should have multiple ways to contact us in regards to your order, and I truly am sorry if this has not met your expectations. It sounds like your local store has been bombarded with phone calls about the S6, and because of this they have a message advising not to call about this phone.

 

I did look at your order and everything looks fine to me. Once this store has your phone in stock you should be notified it is ready to be picked up.

It's variable now I recommend going in in the evening and getting it all store should have got there's by now

Like a number of others here, I pre-ordered my S6 in store on 3/27.  I was told by the associate at the time that I was the first person to pre-order and that I should be "at the front of the line" when the stock arrived.  However, when I stopped by the store today, they had a small cabinet full of phones reserved for other people but did not have one for me.  Very frustrating.

 

When supply is limited, shouldn't the reserved devices be asssigned on a first come, first served basis?

GaryB19, I'm in the same boat as you. I preorder my phone on the 27 and went to my local best buy store and was told they didn't have my phone. I spoke too customer service and was told it is based on first come first serve.

Hey GaryB19,

 

All pre-orders should be fulfilled in a first-come-first-serve basis, and if this store had phones reserved for other customers that placed their pre-order after you it would mean the phones reserved must be a different model from the one you pre-ordered.

Hey Allan, 

 

I pre-ordered the ATT Galaxy S6 Edge 64 GB. Already got the email stating that the charger was at the store ready for pick up. But is there any word on an eta when my order will be in stock? Was really hoping to pick it up today.

 

Went into the store earlier after I had called to see if it had arrived and the lady "Eve" that I talked to said it had and to come in. But they did not have it, ended up wasting my hour lunch.

Hey johnnyc2016,

 

That sound disappointing for sure, and I'm sorry you got incorrect information. All I can really suggest is to wait to receive the email stating your phone is ready to be picked up. I know our team here at our corporate campus is working hard to make sure every pre-order gets fulfilled as soon as possible.

So i pre-ordered the Samsung galaxy s6 edge 64gb for att and it was not available on release date and they also don’t know when it will be available. I’m pretty upset since i canceled my sprint service friday night expected i would have my att phone Friday morning.

Will shipping be avalible for the verizon s6s anytime soon? All the other carriers have shipping avalible but verizons version.

You guys shipped my free charger overnight. You shipped my s6 edge ground. How does that make sense? My expected delivery of the s6 edge was 4/13 ever since April 1. Which would be true if it got overnighted too. Just makes no sense to overnight the charger and not the phone. Someone messed up.
