3/27 @ 8:00 AM EST ---> I pre-ordered for Sprint S6 Edge (Fully Paid, received email with payment verification) with an expectation to deliver on Friday April 10th.
4/9/2015 @ 9:07 AM EST ---> Received email stating my phone will be avilable for pick up on 4/10/2015
Guess what, I walk into store at 10:00 AM, Stephanie (Sales manager) in Concord, NC says she doesn't have me on her list pre-order list. I pulled up my email saying it's available for me to pick up on 10th and showed her.
Sales manager suggested, that's bestbuy.com issue you will have to work with them directly. he also stated available and ready for pickup does not mean gaurantee to pickup.
Allan - Does this make any sense at all? Is this not called playing word game?
Shame on BESTBUY killed samsung fans enthusiams....
There's a reason why people like us pay in advance and wait for over 2 weeks to get their phones. Because they take pride in brand they believe. People do business with stores like BestBuy because they can trust and rely on you.

I pre-ordered my ATT S6 Edge on 3/27/15, requesting it be shipped to my home. I've been watching my order status DAILY hoping it would ship early, as other retailers did, but not the case. About 30 minutes ago, I got an email saying my order had shipped. Hooray! But hold on....when I looked at the details there was a tracking number for the wireless CHARGER, but no info on the phone other than: Order Status:: 1 item(s) Order in process of being fulfilled. What gives? I'll have the charger but nothing to charge??

Like everyone else, I pre-ordered on 3/27 (64gb s6). My order status has changed to unavailable and when I call my local bestbuy where I should pick it up, it just has a message to not call about s6 availability. I've been an elite reward zone member for years spending $1000s and $1000s of dollars with bestbuy. That ends today. I can understand shipping delays, but not to have any form of communication with customers (no one to email or call), that is unacceptable.

It is correct that separate items on a BestBuy.com order can ship at different times, and after looking at your order it looks like this exactly what is happening. I don't see where we charged you for the phone or the wireless charger, but I do see we have authorized sales tax for the purchase that should post to your account once the phone ships. I assume the fact that you won't be charged for the phone, and that sales tax will be charged, means you are on the AT&T Next plan?
