After cancelling your Sprint service I can certainly understand you being upset you won't be receiving your phone when expected. I did look at your order and show UPS is scheduled to deliver your phone tomorrow 4/14/2015.

These phones should be shipping when we have the inventory in stock, and I would not be able to comment on when that would be. I did look at your order and show it is now cancelled. I'm assuming this was at your request?

I can't agree more that it would be very strange if we shipped this wireless charger expedited while shipping the phone via ground. I looked at your order and see the phone is scheduled to be delivered to you on Wednesday 4/15/2015.

I would like to buy a Galaxy S6 edge and pick it up in store. All models say not available for store pickup. When will this change to be available to buy online and pickup in store?

I'm pretty upset by this whole ordeal to be honest...I think putting down 300$+ several WEEKs before launch day should mandate either actually getting your order on release day or at the very least some estimate on when the order should be complete. I'm 3 days now without getting my order or even anyone telling me when I should expect it. I tried calling my store on released day only to be trasnferred 4 times to some corporate credit services (?) who had no idea what I was talking about and eventually back to my store who essentially told me to wait for an email regarding my order which I still haven't gotten. I try not to be materialistic or overly obsessive about a device, but I'm getting more upset by the hour with the lack of infromation/communication going on.

It sounds like the stores in your area are sold out. We are not able to comment on possible future inventory. The best I can suggest is to keep checking back to see if we have it in stock.

Hi Akail,
The reason no one has been able to give you an idea, as to when to expect this phone, is that we are not able to comment on possible future inventory levels. The only thing I can really say is you will need to wait for an email advising you your phone is ready to be picked up.
