Which models of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will Best Buy carry?

• The Samsung Galaxy S6 will be available in Black Sapphire and White Pearl on all three carriers in 32 and 64GB. The 128 GB version will vary by carrier on bestbuy.com only.

• The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will be available in 32 GB and 64 GB models. The 128GB version will be available on a more limited basis depending on carrier.

• The Gold Samsung Galaxy S6 will be available at a later date, as inventory is committed to us we will start taking reservations on or after 4/10.

On what carriers will the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge be available?

• AT&T, Sprint and Verizon

When will I be able to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge from Best Buy?

• Launch date is 4/10

Will all stores carry the new phones?

• Yes

• Stores will open at the normal times these can vary by location. Hours for local stores can be found on BestBuy.com  

Can I Pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge?

• Pre-orders are open NOW in stores and on Bestbuy.com. Most colors, Memory size and carriers are still available; however some may have reached pre order limits or are coming soon

When can customers expect to receive a pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy S6 and/or S6 Edge?

• Pre orders should be available for pickup in stores on launch day   

How long do I have to pick up my pre-order placed in a store once I receive the notification it is ready to be picked up?

• You have 48 hours to pick up your order before the phone goes back into our general inventory

What new accessories will Best Buy have for purchase?

• There will be over 90 new accessories for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge on launch day.

Can customers use the Best Buy Trade-In program to get a new Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge?

Looks like Sprint and Other carriers started shipping pre-orders today 4/6. Bestbuy customer services suggested me to cancel my pre-order. What a shame!!!

No representative of ours should have been advising you to cancel your order, but it is true our launch date is 4/10/2015; we will not be shipping the phones prior to that date.

I looked at my online order status for the AT&T Galaxy s6 Edge I ordered and It tells me that i will be avalible to pick up on April 19 which is about a week after release and that totally upsetting and takes out the whole idea of pre ordering. I want to know if that is true for other customers or just for me.

I located your order and it appears that it is expected to be available today, April 10th.  I’m guessing that the original date you saw was simply a placeholder.  However, I would recommend waiting until the store has picked your order and contacted you either by email or phone before heading to the store.

I pre-ordered on the 27th March, Just contacted the store I was due to pick it up from and was informed they have not received any AT&T pre-orders, naturally not too happy about this, whats the point of pre-ordering ><

I have the same problem as cos worth but ordered mine earlier. Now I can brag that I got this phone on release date....

Pre-ordering guarantees you will get a device, however, due to inventory constraints with some product launches, not all pre-orders are available on the day of launch.

Hi Cosworth,

I haven't heard that any stores are not receiving their ordered inventory on these phones, and I would suggest waiting to see if this store receives their inventory later today.
