Was yours a pink s10plus?? I didn't order mine in store. I got mine online shipped to home. But i ordered on 2/27 and I just got a shipping notification yesterday. So I think they are SLOWLY making their way around.

Hi @Catflores87,

Not sure if this was addressed to me or the poster right after my comment but:

My original device was for a Black S10+ unlocked 128gb, with a delay until mid April.
The device I found was Black Ceramic 512.

I'd check with other retailers around you to see if they have any in stock, you can use your pre-order information from the online store to satisfy the bonus even if it's a different device.

@Catflores87 Yep, it was a pink S10+, 128 GB (AT&T) that I ordered in store on Febuary 22nd.

 

First off, I'm so happy for you that you got a shipping notification (it gives me hope). However, I'm also frustrated because I ordered mine like a day after it was announced and still haven't heard anything on when it'll be ready!

 

Which carrier do you use? (wonder if that makes a difference)

 

You'll have to let me know how you like your phone when you get it - I just love that pink color! Smiley Very Happy

I ordered the unlocked version. Maybe that could be why yours isn't here yet. Or maybe because you ordered store pickup. I heard if you pick it up in store they only get shipments 3x a week(mom, wed,fri). I don't know how true that is tho.

My store gets shipments every Tuesday and Friday. I called yesterday and he said only four people got this the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 1tb in white which is the one that I got as well. So I'm thinking that because I got the bigger size it should have came in earlier. Although talking to the manager they said that none of the four people who got the one terabyte version has received their phone yet. I just pray that I get my phone before my birthday.

My store does still not have any, now it appears April 6th is the date for non pre-ordered devices. But, seeing as that was the case previously, it still may be beyond that until they come in.

Call and complain every day and keep asking for answers. Maybe you'll get a gift card at best. But don't hold your hopes out.

I just want to start off by saying this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with pre ordering a phone. Everytime I call I get told to call a different number or I get transferred and no one has any idea when the phones are coming in. But the worst thing I found out today was, the store that is about 30 min away from me has the phone I pre ordered available for joe smo to walk in off the street and buy..... but I thought they were on backorder?!?! How does that make any sense? Why did they send the phones to stores to sell before filling all of the pre orders?? Why do I have to wait for a phone when they are sitting on a shelf at a different store with no ones name on it. Yes I called that store, yes it was the same phone I ordered and yes it was for my phone service provider. But if I do that I lose out on the headphones....your turn Best Buy, Let's see what excuse you comes up with for this mess.

I called Samsung and they said they would see what they could do after the date but there was no guarantee... this is a complete mess on Best Buys part
