It's March 25th. I preordered my phone on Feb 27th. I still haven't gotten my phone. I ordered an unlocked s10+ in flamingo pink. I haven't even received communication from best buy unless I initiated it. I haven't gotten any emails saying hey your order is delayed. The only communication is when I message or call. And am they can tell me is they don't have any inventory at all for my phone and don't know when they will get any. Just wait for an email saying my order is shipped. But they have no idea when that will be.
So frustrating. And I normally love best buy but I will never buy a phone from them again. In fact I'm gonna give it another week or so and if I don't get my phone I'm probably just gonna cancel and order it directly thru Samsung. Even the best buy customer service representative I spoke with said that if I can get it faster thru samsung do it that way and cancel my order.

Can I (we) get some HONEST communication on what is going on? I am sure my message will be ignored like many others, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

To all,

I went to the store for some answers. I ran into two Samsung representatives. They were appauled at the fact that no one has reached out to many of us. I expressed my understanding of the lack of supply versus the demand, however, we all thre had agreed that the lack of communication from Best Buy about this is avoidable and abysmal. They also mentioned that the promo for the ear buds ends on April 4th and as of know (to their knowlsedge) there is no plan in place to extend that offer.

 

The Samsung reps also asked if Best Buy had reached out offering an inconvience gift. I told them no, to which they were also shocked. I am not sure if these two ladies were just out of the loop or if they are being told something completely different.

So, not only do we not have our phones and no communication, but we may not even get our ear buds, which is the purprose of preordering. Does anyone at Best Buy have any information?

Congratulations to those of you who have received your new phones recently. I know that many of you are still anxiously awaiting your new phone. I promise we are working hard to continually get more inventory and are hoping to have all pre-orders fulfilled soon.

I finally received an email notification around noon that my phone was in. I preordered mine kinda late on March 3rd so there is hope for everyone. Mine might have come sooner than others only because it's the 1TB and not many went that route. Picked it up later in the afternoon.

The staff at BB was super nice and also expressed how thankful they were to finally get devices in even if it's only a few at a time.

That being said, no sympathies or sorry was offered, no inconvenience gift, nothing. Just like the communication... nothing.

Put in for the earbuds and, as mentioned by others, the earbuds are gone. They did send a message a $130 giftcard for Samsung's site will be sent instead by email... in 4-6 weeks! LOL That's ironic considering the situation with the phones. Egift cards can be generated and sent very quickly. Why it takes 4-6 weeks I have no idea.

Anyway, keep hope alive.

Mine is a 1 TB as well.i called the store and he said that's the one that's very limited. I just want my phone man. This is ridiculous!

Honestly, I almost wish I had got the Gift certificate. That way I could pick my color. Don't feel.too bad. My ear buds won't be shipped until May..ugggh. I put in for them 3/14. Mine will be the white ones. No choice in color.

I ordered flamingo pink S10+ in BB store Feb 22, still no word on when it'll be in, or just any word..at all.

Has anyone received the White Ceramic S10 Plus 1 TB yet? That's the only I ordered just trying to see if anyone has it yet.
