For everyone viewing this that is currently impacted by inventory delays, I promise that we are doing our best to more inventory in as soon as possible. Some good news is that more phones are already on the way.
In most cases, we will not have a specific updated ETA to provide you but you should be able to keep an eye on your order status here.

For assistance with everything trade-in we recommend that you revisit your local Best Buy store and work directly with a manager. We would not be able to assist with trade-in promotions here on the Forums or over the phone and this does need to be looked into by your local store management.
If for some reason you are having difficulty connecting with a store manager, we'd be happy to email the store on your behalf and request they help set up a time to meet with you.
To send that email, we'd need you to send us a private message with your phone number, full name, email, and the location you visited.

With a pre-order, you should be able to take advantage of the trade-in bonus offered with trade-in once your new S10+ is available for pickup.
In regards to the Galaxy Buds, those are redeemed directly through Samsung. I recommend connecting directly with them for their specific answer to this question. You can find ways to contact Samsung here.
Specific ETAs on Samsung S10 Series device orders are not something we can typically provide at this moment, but we are actively working to get phones in as quickly as possible. I have posted more about inventory and such in the time since your post to this FAQ and encourage you read those updates as well.

Please refer to the replies above your thread for more information regarding inventory and what the fulfillment of pre-orders look like.
If a store near you had an alternate color or memory size that you'd be okay with receiving, you are welcome to cancel your pre-order and replace an order for that specific phone. Please note that with this option, you will lose any pre-order promotions you may have been eligible for.
