I pre-ordered my phone on the 21st. I see that it still hasn't shipped yet. It was supposed to be here tomorrow. The chat isn't working and I've sent an email, yesterday. What is going on?

Pre ordered my Galaxy S10 Plus along with 2 for my parents. They received theirs a day before release in TN. I'm in NYC and got a notice at 11:32 PM last night that my order has been delayed until possibly April!!! The only thing customer service could tell me is that it hasn't even shipped yet. I'm livid! There has been no update. This was suposed to be delivered TODAY! WHAT IS GOING ON!

Best oversold as usual and screwed so many people once again. I Pre-ordered mine in store on the 21st. It still says it is Preparing For Pickup today. Lol. They don't even have the phone! Everyone is complaining all over how they do not have their phone from Bestbuy. NEVER EVER will I pre-order anything from Bestbuy again knowing we won't actually get it on the day of release and they have no idea when they'll get it. It's false advertising. Bad Buy.

Man, that sucks. Fortunately for me, I wasn't buying a blue one so mine was available. I do agree that BB should do a better job keeping people informed about the situation, but I'm thinking that the fault here probably lies with either the carrier or with Samsung's supply chain. Even if you go to Samsung.com and try to order right now, depending on the carrier and model, some of them aren't available to ship for another two weeks. Plus, and trust me on this one, Samsung's availability date on their website is completely worthless. I once ordered something from them that was supposed to ship in a week... once the date came, it got bumped and bumped and bumped again. I eventually canceled after THREE MONTHS of waiting.
