@zenzland I’m having the same issue... I also ordered the 1TB 10+ and there has been NO communication. No email saying it will be late, no update from the store. When i call the store, they say they have no idea at all when it will come in and passed me to 1-877-BEST-BUY. So i called them and they also said they have no idea and they really just handle online orders. The woman on the phone said the store clearly just "passed the buck" to them and should not have. The store is responsible for their orders and by passing me to the 1-877 number, clearly just wanted to get me off the phone.
I have always had luck with Best Buy but this has been bad. If they are at the mercy of when Samsung sends them the device and truly have no control, they can at least improve their communication. We spent extra money on the 1TB version and no one seems to know if it's even coming in.
Good news, (sarcasm) i was told that the order will auto-cancel if it doesn't come in by April 7th... then i can try and order again!! but I’ll lose my preorder status..
Side note (I think this was mentioned) if we go on BestBuy.com and order the 1TB version now, we’ll have it on the 17th… If they are able to ship NEW ORDERS by the 17th, how is it the preorders from February still don’t have ship dates they can inform us with???
Best Buy mods on this forum, is there any feedback you can pass on?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! The S10+ looks like a pretty sweet phone. I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on it.
We're working to secure inventory and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. For the latest updates, keep an eye on your order status via the order status page and/or email communications. As soon as the device is ready, we'll let you know. My fingers are crossed the wait won't be too much longer and I definitely appreciate your patience.

I went to Samsung's website today and noticed that the 10+ in Flamingo Pink through AT&T is currently 'sold out' and 'coming soon'. This is the model that I pre-ordered through Best Buy. Now I'm wondering when I'll ever get this phone if Best Buy is waiting on shipment from Samsung, but Samsung is saying it's sold out.

As a lot of people are having this issue here is another one. Pre oreded on the 3/4. Did not get a delayed shipping email. Device did not arrive on 3/8. Was told it would be here by 3/12. Still did not come 3/12 and when calling 1888 number they tell me to contact local store. Local store says we have no idea call 1888 number. Finally talked to a special ordering department on Mobile 1888 number and the older lady got really agressive with me telling me that i should have figure out by now my device was one of the delayed devices that it will take 7 days to come in max. Today is day 7, chat has been not avaliable for 3 days 1888 besbuy will not even talk to me just says call store. By the way i was infromed on 3/9 by local store rep that there was only 12 device for pre order waiting for the phones and only 3 was this 1TB unlocked verison. on 3/12 i was told there was 11 device left for the pre orders. Yesterday on 3/14 i could have ordered the SAME device and overnighted for an additional 30$ and lose my preorder and it be here the next day! I didnt trust this since best buy cant even honer the first promise with my pre order. NO one will give me a solid answer or tell me where my 1600$ phone is. I have a galaxy fit watch waiting for pickup too but cant really use it without the phone. This is ubsurd!!!!!! How can a company not be able to track devices?

Purchasing a new mobile phone is a big deal, so we truly appreciate that you decided to place your pre-order with us. That said, we know this delay isn't what you signed up for so it's understandable that you are anxious for answers on when to expect your Galaxy S10+.
We know how important this purchase is to you, which is why we are doing everything in our power to fulfill pre-orders as quickly as possible. Along with securing more inventory, we are also making a point to provide updates to the email listed on the order when new new information becomes available. That said, it's discouraging to hear that hasn't been reflected in your experience.
Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder to see if the email updates went there instead of your Inbox? Sometimes that can happen by mistake. If you aren't seeing any messages there, please send over your full name, phone number, email, and order number using the "Private Message" option in my signature.
