I’ve heard great things about the Samsung Galaxy S10+ so I certainly understand your eagerness to find out when your order may be fulfilled. While this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, the best way to know when your order will fulfill is to receive an email update. Please be assured that Best Buy is working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Same here. I pre-ordered an S10+ unlocked in store (Sandy, UT branch) on 03/02 and I have not received any info. Went to the store last Friday, nobody knows anything.
When I call their Best Buy mobile it just says "being prepared". No update on possible delays, no info of shipping date.
Everybody that I know that bought the S10+ in other stores already received it one day after launch date. I can live with a delay, but update us for Christ's sake.

I'm in the same boat as many others who have posted to this forum.
I went into my local Best Buy to order the Flamingo Pink S10+ the very next day after it was announced (February 22). This was so I could benefit from the trade-in promo as well as get the free earbuds.
I received the initial confirmation email that same day. We are now three weeks in, and I have not received ANY communication from Best Buy on the status of this phone. Unfortunately, I can't check the status of my order via the website since I placed the order in store.
Calling my local Best Buy about the status of my order is a joke since you can't ever get through to a real person, so I've done the online chat a couple times only to get mixed messages. One person told me I should get an email about my phone being ready for pick up by March 15th. Another told me that they don't know when the phone will be ready for pick up and they are trying to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
I guess I just really want to know is...
1) When EXACTLY will this phone be ready for me to pick up??
2) Will I still be able to receive the promotional trade in value for my S8+ as well as the free earbuds?
This is my first time attempting to pre-order a phone through Best Buy and given this experience, may be my last.

Also, I recall seeing a promo deal for a $100 Best Buy gift card with pre-order. Was that legit?
Will I still be able to get that even though there's been a delay in getting the phone?

I got an email notification that someone had replied to my post but there was no post to be found. Either way, it told me who the post was from and that they had had a similar issue in their best buy store. Luckily it sounds like they had a better outcome than I did but it's still frustrating that I had to go through this at all. Also, still no contact from Best Buy corporate. Furthermore, I emailed and left a message for the general manager at my local store and have had no contact from them either by email or phone. This is getting out of hand, if the general manager is going to give me the runaround like the rest of the Best Buy team, at least call me and tell me I'm going to get nothing and I'd better like it.

I pre-ordered unlocked S10+ 128GB White Prism on Feb. 22nd and paid in full on that date. I ordered online for in-store pickup. Chose BestBuy because I was told I could get $300 bestbuy gift card for trade-in of my S8+. Was expecting to pick up on morning of release date. That evening (March 8th) order status changed to Pickup Delay still shows that status 6 days later. I spoke with maybe 8 different BestBuy representatives and no one has any status except "wait for an email from BestBuy".
