I went to the store for some answers. I ran into two Samsung representatives. They were appauled at the fact that no one has reached out to many of us. I expressed my understanding of the lack of supply versus the demand, however, we all thre had agreed that the lack of communication from Best Buy about this is avoidable and abysmal. They also mentioned that the promo for the ear buds ends on April 4th and as of know (to their knowlsedge) there is no plan in place to extend that offer.
The Samsung reps also asked if Best Buy had reached out offering an inconvience gift. I told them no, to which they were also shocked. I am not sure if these two ladies were just out of the loop or if they are being told something completely different.
So, not only do we not have our phones and no communication, but we may not even get our ear buds, which is the purprose of preordering. Does anyone at Best Buy have any information?

Congratulations to those of you who have received your new phones recently. I know that many of you are still anxiously awaiting your new phone. I promise we are working hard to continually get more inventory and are hoping to have all pre-orders fulfilled soon.
