Re: Samsung Galaxy S10 Series and Watch Active FAQ

Hi Faith! please can you help me?

Im from Brazil, and a friend bought me an unlocked Galaxy Note 8 on a Miami BestBuy, on Sept 2017.

He will be back next week(march 18th to 24th) to USA, but now to NYC, and I asked him to trade my unlocked Note 8 for a new Galaxy S10 Plus.

Will the trade in process be working on these dates? And as my Note 8 is unlocked, but, working 100% well, and in perfect conditions on screen and body, is it possible to the trade in value, be as the said on the website 550$?
What do I need to procide for him to bring you to trade in? all the accessories and box?

Thank you so much for the help!

Re: Samsung Galaxy S10 Series and Watch Active FAQ

Not only is my S10+ preorder delayed but I also have to wait to register for my galaxy buds to be shipped. I hope that won't be an additional delay. Ordered on the 24th of February got an email on the 8th saying its delayed for pick up in Miami. Email says usually fulfilled in 7 days, fingers crossed.

Re: S10 Plus Preorder delay

Never will I everrrr pre order a Galaxy though Best Buy again this is ridiculous not only does the tracking doesn't display a proper tracking . But what the hell does you guys will Email letting me know when it's ready? . But took the icing off the cake for me was when I ordered on March, 17th and then the next day one of the best buy mobiles calls me the next day and says that its ready only to find out the Prism white still isnt in stock I was extremely disappointed having to drive back into ATL traffic. So once again never again because I'm currently still pretty upset and I'd really just would like my phone already. 🙄

Re: Samsung Galaxy S10 Series and Watch Active FAQ

Hi HugoBatalha,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your interest in our Samsung Galaxy S10 trade-in offer. While we would be unable to advise what offers may still be available while you are in New York, I can offer some insight on whether we would be able to accept your trade in. Per our Trade-In Program, we don't appear to accept unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 8 devices, only Note 8 devices with Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint. I know this may not be the news you were hoping for, but hope it helps plan your trip accordingly.

Re: S10 Plus Preorder delay

If and when I ever get the one I pre ordered on March 5th the free galaxy buds offer will most likely be expired. That's a big if.

Not gonna hold my breath when the phone will be available. I'm shocked your company is still in business.

Re: Samsung Galaxy S10 Series and Watch Active FAQ

Samsung said we have until April 4th I believe to redeem. I called on 3/8 to ask about it and let them know what was going on. Yea, Best Buy been messing up for quite a few of us. Samsung rep told me they have had quite a few complaints about delays and majority seem to be from Best Buy. Smh. They did however open up a ticket nunber for me, just in case Best Buy kept playing games. She said that way, even if I received after the deadline, Samsung would honor it for me. Yea, this isn't on Samsung this is ALL Best Buy!!!!

Samsung Galaxy s10 pre order

I pre ordered a Samsung Galaxy s10 on March 2. I have not received any notifaction emails about the pre order and status updates. Each time that I have called all anyone can tell me is that they are calling people as pre orders are coming in. No one will tell me when next shipment dates are or when to expect the phone to come in. It is a little frustrating because I was expecting the phone to come in on release day. It's not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but a more concrete update would be nice.
