Good luck, no dice for me yet so far. I have spoken to 4 different people on the phone but still no resolution. The thing tha really gets me is that apparently there is a corporate customer service department that the people on the phone keep referencing, but you can't contact them. You have to wait for them to contact you... how can that possibly make sense to anyone!

Wishing luck to you as well. It sucks that this had to happen on the release of such a great phone, but hopefully both of our issues can be resolved fairly soon! I tried the phone option too and it really makes no sense. I think the forum will allow more visibility to the issues and better support since we can all see who has similar issues!

I am in the same boat as well. Their delayed shipping email is horrible. It may availabe in about 7 days. If not we'll cancel your order after April 7th. The stores have no clue. 

 

This is an epic fail on Best Buy. Do not run a pre-order if you cannot deliver by release date. I usually spend more than $20,000 per year with Best Buy and I am reconsidering my future purchase options. 

 

The customer service on the phone tonight couldn't be less helpful.

At least you received a delayed email. I haven't gotten anything. I'll probably go to the verizon store near me and get one if they have it available.

Prism Blue s10+ 128gb

Pre ordered the s10+ prism blue, and not even one was shipped to my store, and currently none are being shipped there. So what is going on?

I have a similar situation, very frustrating why pre order if BB is not going to have product available. I pre ordered the s10+ 1tb in ceramic white (verizon) via best buy.com on 2/21 to be able to take advantage of free earbuds. On the 3/8 release date i was expecting to pickup my order as indicated on tracking status I received a delay notification late day but no other information for new pickup date. As of today I still have no phone or new arrival date this is unacceptable, if I cancel and reorder the 512 mb version in Hope's to get that version then I lose the pre order promotion.. as a loyal BB and Samsung customer i am extremely disappointed in this Samsung launch.

I ordered the same one on March 5th, still in progress. Smh, I've called the store and they have no clue.
