Wishing luck to you as well. It sucks that this had to happen on the release of such a great phone, but hopefully both of our issues can be resolved fairly soon! I tried the phone option too and it really makes no sense. I think the forum will allow more visibility to the issues and better support since we can all see who has similar issues!

I am in the same boat as well. Their delayed shipping email is horrible. It may availabe in about 7 days. If not we'll cancel your order after April 7th. The stores have no clue.
This is an epic fail on Best Buy. Do not run a pre-order if you cannot deliver by release date. I usually spend more than $20,000 per year with Best Buy and I am reconsidering my future purchase options.
The customer service on the phone tonight couldn't be less helpful.
