Your reply is unacceptable and not helpful at all. Bestbuy and samsung should have open communications with each other. Best buy should not allow more preorders than they can fill. Not only that, once they know there is a problem they should let customers know.
The idea of a preorder is that you get the item on the first day.
I received my email at 6:04 pm on launch day saying phone was delayed.
I had already driven to store earlier in the day(1/2 hour drive) to be told this. I too am an elite plus member which means I spend a lot of money in your store every year which I could easily take elsewhere like a big online store.
Your reply is garbage and doesn't help anyone. You of all people should be mad at corporate if you are in fact a Bestbuy employee for having to deal with upset customers. I really feel bad for the employees that are put in this position.

I am angry is with the company. not with any such employee; And my anger is even greater when they send me an email yesterday saying that my order will be delivered on April 7th. How are you?

I pre-ordered 2 S10+ Feb 23. Still no phones. This is ridiculous and then I received a email stating that they have up to April 7th 2019 if I do not receive my product at that time they can cancel the order very mad right now. 😣😣😣😣
