I was able to confirm that pre-orders online are not able to use the trade-in credit toward the cost of the device. For this, you would need to have your pre-order placed in-store.
With a Verizon Device Payment online order, would still be eligible to receive the trade-in promotion in the form of a gift card. It just would not be able to be applied toward the cost of your new Samsung Galaxy S10 Series device.

I'm trying to get details on the buy 1 get 1 deal with the galaxy s10 through Verizon. When it takes me to sign in to Verizon account, it says the info I enter doesn't match what best buy has on file, but its exactly the correct info. There aren't any other options on that page. Any response from any kind of best buy support or customer service would be great.

I have a question about the Galaxy Watch Active promotion - I pre-ordered it online, but on Samsung's website it says it needs a picture of the original REGISTER receipt that says it was pre-ordered. Since I ordered it online, I don't have a register receipt and just have a digital receipt. Will the digital Best Buy receipt still work for the promotion, or should I cancel my online preorder and go into a Best Buy to re-preorder and get a register receipt?

I pre-ordered the Samsung S10+ as soon as it was possible and have received confirmation that it will be available March 8th for pick up. (still being fulfilled)
. I recently had a catastrophic failure on my existing phone and will definitely need to be able to pick this up on the 8th. Talking with a sales associate yesterday in store when browsing I was told that the phone is more popular than expected and if I am not at the door when the store opens I may not get the device on the 8th. Is this true? I work during the day and I have no way to be at the door at the opening, the earliest I can be there is in the afternoon/ evening. Could you please explain this policy, with a pre-order am I guaranteed my phone on the release? Is there any way to ensure that I have my phone waiting for me on the 8th when I can get to the store?
