For unlocked customers, the promotion is a combination of a coupon used toward the new Samsung Galaxy S10 Series device and the gift card for trading in your current device. With a Pixel 3 XL in perfect condition, these two amounts should equal the $550.

The trade-in offer with us is separate from the BOGO, so you could potentially take advantage of the trade-in credit for one device and the BOGO. Both promotions do have terms and conditions which I recommend reading.

For unlocked devices, the promotion should be a combination of a gift card, for the normal trade-in value of your trade-in device, plus a coupon, that should be used toward the cost of your new Samsung Galaxy S10 Series device, to equal the promotional savings for the device you are trading in. Other promotions may not work for unlocked devices. The terms and conditions above should clarify.

If you are pre-ordering two Samsung Galaxy S10 Series devices, then you should also be able to trade-in two devices and receive the bonus for each. If you are only pre-ordering one Samsung Galaxy S10 Series device, you can still trade-in two phones but only one would be eligible for the trade-in bonus. The other device would receive our typical trade-in values for that device.

Thanks Faith for providing clarification on the promo. Will this information be relayed to the Best Buy mobile reps? The rep at my Best Buy was pretty insistent that it only applied to the phones on a payment plan and I would rather not have to argue with them lol.

Thanks again Faith. Hopefully I wont have any issues when I go to pick it up. There is another issue though, it looks like the Galaxy Buds have gone out of stock now and if you order directly from Samsung, they are offering a $130 e-gift certificate. Do you know if purchases from Best Buy will receive the same offer, since the redemption process is different?
