Delay on note 9

Preordered note 9 on 8/17 still no update on when I should receive my note doesn’t make since to preorder if u don’t get item till after release date

I do not see a promotion that guarantees this amount for that phone. Could you provide me with a link to where you see that?

Pre ordered mine on 8/22. Still havent received it. No notification about any delays. When i called customer service, they said they are waiting for inventory and they couldn't tell me when i will receive my phone.
This whole situation is ridiculous. The whole point of pre-ordering the phone was to get in on 8/24. I still have no idea when i will have my phone. There is no communication from Best buy either. If best buy is failing to keep their end of the transaction, is this fraud on best buys' part?

You all understand that the fault is with Samsung, correct? They didn't anticipate the amount of orders that they would get for the 512GB Note9. The lack of inventory has nothing to do with Best Buy.

Bestbuy just canceled my order. I ordered on the 10th. Back Office Mobile team says they had a glitch in the system that wouldnt allow them to push the order through but somehow Verizon got the message that i had a pre-order on my line waiting to be filled. Bestbuy is unable to fix the glitch so they canceled. No comps no hey im sorry let me put in a new order in for you Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Get copies of ALL emails, ALL phone calls and times, and all your pre-order paperwork, etc.

go to the local BBCO and ask them nicely to figure it out. If they won't, Tell them they're lack of concern and service will go on to a BBB report. Then Bring all that stuff to Verizon. They won't be able to help you with the pre-order probably, but they'll get you a phone and you can ask them to work it out for the pre-order part. I doubt much, but.....
never hurts to ask.

Then they should LIMIT the number of pre-orders available until they talk with Samsung and learn just how many they WILL get. Seriously? Supply chain communication is NOT that difficult. BBCO is a big supplier--for Sammy and the phone providers. They need to learn to communicate.
