Has anyone else experienced any issues with Sprint?
I paid off my current device within the same transaction as pre-ordering the Note 10 plus. However, Sprint has no record of it, and my card has not been charged the amount for the payoff of the phone.
Plus, my phone was not available at launch day, and it simply says "awaiting inventory" when the store associates pull it up in the system.
I'm curious as to if I'm going to get my phone at all, or if something went wrong.
Anything anyone has any insight on as of now?
