  • The Samsung Galaxy Note10+ will be available in Aura White, Aura Glow, Aura Black, Best Buy and Samsung.com exclusive color, Aura Blue.

What memory sizes will the Samsung Galaxy Note10 be available at Best Buy?

  • All colors listed will be available in 256GB of storage with 8GB of RAM or 512GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. 

What memory sizes will the Samsung Galaxy Note10+ be available at Best Buy?

  • All colors listed will be available in 256GB of storage with 12GB of RAM or 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. The Note10+ does support a MicroSD up to 512GB. 

On what carriers will the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series be available?

  • While color and memory options availability may vary by carrier, we will be offering the Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ unlocked and on Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T. This means at Best Buy you will have the freedom to find the perfect carrier and plan that works for your individual needs. The Note10+ 5G is only available on Verizon. 

 Will all Best Buy stores carry the new Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series?

  • Yes, but availability by model may be limited. Be sure to reserve yours today by pre-ordering online here or by visiting your local store.

Are all stores receiving product for launch day?

  • Specific product model availability and quantities may vary by store. With a pre-order, we will be sure to let you know via e-mail once your Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series is available for pickup.

What time is Best Buy opening for the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series launch?

  • Most stores will open at their usual time. You should have the option to schedule an appointment to pick up your phone once you receive notification that it is available.

I never received an email notification that my Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series phone is ready to be picked up on the date of release, even though I pre-ordered it?

  • If you haven't received an email notification that your Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series phone is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you do receive that email notification before heading to your local Best Buy store to pick up your new phone.

When will Best Buy stores receive additional inventory?

  • Specific model availability and quantities will vary by store. Stores will continue to receive shipments of inventory on an ongoing basis. You can check with your local stores and BestBuy.com (here) for updates on product availability.

 Will the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series be available on BestBuy.com?

  • It sure will! That said, make sure you pre-order as soon as possible as availability by model may vary. You can start pre-ordering by visiting us here.

When can I expect to receive a pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series?

  • Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note10 will be filled in the order pre-orders are received as inventory arrives beginning on August 23.   

Can I have the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Series order on BestBuy.com shipped to my home?

  • Yes, provided it is available on BestBuy.com.

Can you tell me more about the Samsung and Spotify Premium promotion that was able to those who pre-ordered through Best Buy?

Pre-order return after a Trade-In?

Hi guys, something in the fine print got me curious...

 

"4. Valid through 8/22/19 or until release date of phone, whichever is earlier. Valid only on in-store trade-in of a smartphone in good working condition. Must pre-order, trade in an eligible device and activate a Samsung Galaxy Note10 or Note10+. Activation not required for unlocked trade-in savings. Upon trade-in of an eligible device, customer will receive value toward a new device. For unlocked phones and one-time payment, this value will be a Best Buy gift card, which cannot be applied to your Note10 or Note10+ purchase."

 

So, if I'm reading it correctly... If I want to buy an unlocked phone, I can't use the trade in value to cover a portion of the new phone. I can get a Gift Card for looks like $700 (Galaxy S10), but I have to just spend it on something else?

 

Seems a little bit inconvenient. But maybe ok as I'm interested in a Tab S6 too.

 

And a second question, what if I then decide I want another model or color, or don't want the phone at all. If I return it, what happens to that Gift Card? Do I just keep it since I've traded in a phone? Or if I buy a tablet when it comes out? Basically will anything prevent me from returning the phone and keeping the trade-in value.

Note 10 Trade in Offer

Hello,

I would like to get some clarification on the Note 10 trade in offer. I would like to pre order a note 10 plus unlocked and trade in a note 9. Since the phone will arrive on 8/23, I will require some time to transfer my data from the note 9.

The question is, how long do I have to go to a physical Best Buy location and trade in my note 9 for the $600 that is currently listed on your website?

Thanks for your question about the Trade-In promotion with the new Note 10! 

 

If you're looking at getting an unlocked phone, any phone that you trade in would then be exchanged for a Best Buy gift card. This gift card wouldn't be able to be used on the purchase of the phone, but it could be used on that tablet that you said you were interested in getting. 

 

For more specifics on how the return would look, we suggest speaking to your local Customer Service Specialist so they can explain all of the details hands on.

The Note 10 looks like it's going to be an amazing phone, and it seems like everybody wants to get their hands on it. Being able to take advantage of a great promotion is a fantastic way to also save a few dollars while getting the latest and greatest device, and I'd be happy to help answer your question for you in regard to the Trade-In process. 

 

It appears that the promotion for the savings on the Unlocked Note 10 will need to be completed before the promotional time frame ends on August 22 or when the phone releases, whichever comes earlier. As a suggestion, I would recommend having your phone backed up so that all of your data can be transferred to your new Note 10. For additional details, I would suggest partnering with your local store to discuss the process of trading in the phone before it is released to take advantage of this promotion.

I guess there still no word on when the Galaxy Note 10+ aura blue for at&t will be shipping out? I only ask because it says a signature is required and I will need to make arrangements.
