Can anyone advise me why the 'link' icon does not appear on my phone when I try to link 'instastories' to websites in Instagram - the Instagram account I use is a business account that meets the requirements to do so, and it works fine for my colleague on her phone (not Samsung) so there is no reason why it shouldn't appear. I'm wondering if there is some loss of functionality on these cheaper Samsung phones that might mean it won't work!? Or do I need to change some setting that I'm unaware of....!? I really cannot understand why it's not working.... any help/advice gratefully received! Thanks in advance.

Hey moretolife,
I'm not familiar with this phone, and because of that I would not really know if this is due to the phone or the app. My guess is there is some setting that needs to be turned on in the app. I would suggest reaching out to the app developer to get this to work on this phone.
Thanks,

Hey Allan,
Thanks for your reply - I really appreciate it!
To help me better understand, you're saying it's possible there might be a setting that needs to be turned on in the app that would make it work on a Samsung phone when it already works fine on my colleague's iPhone?? In 'settings', I can't see anything that's turned off that needs to be turned on... and in any case my colleague is logged in to the same account with the same settings and it works fine on her phone.
Thanks for your help.

Hey moretolife14,
I have to admit this is not my forte, and I wouldn't feel right giving advice. I would suggest reaching out to Samsung and Instagram on this.
Thanks,
