Now if I can figure out why I couldnt add the best buy protection to it. does anybody know if I can do that when i pick up the phone?

hmm iwas able to go into the order and edit it to add it but couldnt add at time of purchase. weird.

Anyone having issues with S9+ Verizon Lilac Purple upgrade says i have to pay full retail but if i change to black it works. Verizon telesales couldnt do purple either and verizon website is trying full retail on all.

Isn't it possible that when it says "trade-in offer in store only," it just means, you can only trade in the phone in the store and not mail it in after you get your phone in the mail?

Javier no... Was not able to place between 12:00am and 1:30amET gave up then placed just fine at 7:45am ET seemed like there was a glitch in the matrix

I just got home from the store and I am completely disappointed in this whole thing. The extra $100 off in store was NOT AVAILABLE on an unlocked S9 or S9+!
To be eligible for the $100 in store today you are required to choose a carrier, a plan, AND pay the "carrier price" which in the case of ATT is 915 as compared to 849! so that is +$65 premium OVER MSRP. Not to mention activation fees.
thanks for wasting my time and making me go out in the middle of a winter storm to find this out instead of through this forum. What is the point of having a customer service online forum if you cant even give me a straight and correct answer?
You had one chance to make me a customer and you blew it.

I can understand the frustration, but to be fair, BestBuy.com makes it very clear that the $100 credit doesn't apply to the unlocked model. It's right on the top of the page. So to say they wasted your time and made you go out in the middle of a winter storm feels like a missplaced blame IMO. And it was made clear in this thread too.
