I preordered two (2) Samsung Galaxy S9 phones in store at Best Buy Mobile at 5:30 pm on March 2nd.
I received a call from Best Buy Mobile at 5:40 pm March 15th, advising I can pick up my phone on March 16th.

I pre-ordered my Galaxy S9+ at 12:02AM Eastern Time on March 2nd 2018. Suddenly today my pre-order has been cancelled for some sort of computer error... No explanation. Now I am being told that the only way I will get a new phone is to go to the store and hope they have one. What is the point in pre-ordering something if someone is just going to cancel it the night before??? Also now I just don't get the $100 discount for pre-order....

Bestbuys website is a mess. The homepage states status received. The next page says prepairing and when i click on the actual order it says ready for pickup on march 16. Dont know which one to believe.

Best Buy just cancelled my order after they setup an appointment with me to pick it up in-store today. They said it was because of some activation issue and miscommunication with Verizon. Why cancel my order?
Now, I of course can't get the $100 promotion for the Pre-order. This is kind of ridiculous.

in a similar boat - i preordered 3/1 and yesterday received an email from best buy regarding an activation issue. i called best buy immediately yesterday and provided them with any requested information and they escalated it to their mobile team (or something)
i did a follow-up call yesterday evening and they couldn't give me an exact status but claimed it would be ready for pickup today... fast forward to today and it's still in limbo. i am currently in their hold queue with 14 minutes to go.
