I was wondering if there was a way I could follow up with my S9+ preorder. I placed my order online on 03/02/18 and chose "In-store Pickup". As of today it still shows my orrder status as "Preorder" and my credit card has not been charged yet. I want to make certain that I am able to pick up the phone on 03/16/18.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

My order for In-store pickup went from "Processing" to "Preparing" this morning, but I just got a text saying there was an issue with my order. The order still says "Preparing"?

I just got off the phone checking status on my first order that was supposed to ship yesterday and apparently it is LOST 😢😢😢😢😢😢 The second order is still in error status. The rep was much nicer but all we can do about the first order is see if it turns up with ups before Friday because they can't do anything about the lost order until out of preorder status

I preordered the s9+ unlocked blue on 3/13 via bestbuy.com, and selected in store pick up since the system stated it would be ready for pick up on 3/16. My order is still stuck in processing. With that said, I’m going to be able to pick up my order on 3/16 or will I have to cancel? Any information you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.
There are no guarantees, but it sounds like your preorder is being processed as it should be. Assuming the store you are picking this phone up from gets enough inventory to fulfill your preorder, they should be "picking" the order sometime tomorrow. Once the order is "picked" you should receive an email advising you that your phone is ready to be picked up at this store.
