@Faith-BBY I called again a bit ago and apparently it had an error during pre activation and they sent the information back to try it again I guess someday because they can give no time frame on when it will be fixed only that I'll get an email whenever they do it. My concern now is that my other order is ready to ship ups ground from an Oklahoma store and they told me that this is coming from a store in California so if it's sent UPS ground it must go out today to be received by Friday but it feels like they're in no hurry to fix the problem. I checked with Verizon and they see the new phone already on an installment agreement so it went through on Verizons end already.

I preordered the S9+ on March 2nd during the 1-day special promotion, and it was for the Sprint 18month flex lease version. The website advertised a $100 e-gift certificate for the pre-order, but I have yet to receive it or any information about when/how I will get it. My phone shipped this morning and the order shows as completed in my Best Buy account, but nothing about the $100. What can I do to get it? Thanks.

Strange, Ordered at midnight on the 2nd and it changed to preparing this morning. Then this evening it changed to action needed and contact us. Called BB and the rep said there was an issue that is being worked on but i did not need to contact again unless i want to cancel. Something about a device cap? couldnt let me know if it will ship in time for release. I guess I may go Verizon directly Friday morning if its not corrected in time. anyone else ran into this? Checked with Verizon and they said everything on my account was ok.

I am beyond frustrated with this now. I received a text around noon yesterday saying there was an issue to call. I immediately call and they said was an issue in the pre activation and took the information to send to backoffice to fix. A few hours later no update so I call and get told basically I'll get an email when it's fixed. I expressed concern about ups ground shipping since I was told it was shipping from a California store which takes three days and they said it would still be fixed to be shipped. It still says action required and I called last night and the representative said the people to fix it were gone and rudely rushed me off the phone and if I call today they would be able to fix it over the phone. If that was the case why wasn't it fixed the first two times I called and she was just saying anything to rudely rushed me off the phone.
On the other note my first order was "shipped" from Oklahoma yesterday morning 11:41am but is still Ready for pickup so it won't make its shipping timeframe either ups ground. Just completely overwhelmed by these issues. No one wants to help the customer.

@addertay which version was it. My Verizon Midnight Black S9+ ordered at 12:05am Mar 2 processed just fine except it's been ready for UPS since yesterday morning. My Verizon Lilac Purple S9+ ordered at 7:44am because the site wouldn't process the order at midnight is on Action Required and can't get a clear answer I called again this morning and was told I can wait or cancel.

Mine was the Black Verizon S9+. It all seemed ok until Yesterday evening. Verizon seem to have no idea of any issue on the account. I was also told I can wait to see if it clears up or cancel. No idea of how long it will take. If it has not been cleared up by Thursday ill just cancel and go to the Verizon store to see if they have any launch morning.

As of now, phones should have begun shipping. You should begin seeing shipment confirmations coming through!

At the store the employee would be able to contact the carrier right away to process. Online apparently is whenever they get around to it.
On the other hand without errors my other order that had no errors is still sitting inside a store in Tulsa Oklahoma ready for UPS pickup for 24 hours now. No idea why it's coming from a Tulsa store instead of a St Louis area store where I live.
