I called Best Buy customer service to physically changed the status from store pick up to shipping and no I haven't received my phone yet ordered still waiting they email me say that they're working on shipping it on the 14th it's unlikely if I don't receive my order by March 24 they will issue me a refund

I dont want a refund i want the phone. Mine just broke today. I am not stuck using my note 9! I need the phone i paid for not wait on a long refund process!!

We ordered 2 phone and still haven't heard an update other than we don't known when they will come in. My husband and I ordered with best buy because of the $200 gift card (thought this was a good incentive) but the fact that they can't even give me an estimated date is wierd. Every time I call customer service, they say "we will email you when they arrive". I even went into the store twice and again, they state they can't give me an estimation. What was the purpose of pre-ordering if we can get them in a timely manner. 2+ weeks past release date. Uggggg!

All I know is I'm beyond mad !! got an email saying they canceled my order this morning! And no refund yet as my local best buy has 1 in stock right now!! Ugh its not fair!!!!

Barryjasmine90 - So, they cancelled your store pickup order even though they never provided you with an estimated pickup date ever or was that a ship to home order? An agent told me that store pickup and ship to home are handled by two different workflows and two different departments. Either ways, that's so unfortunate and unacceptable.

I also noticed that my CC was never charged and will only be charged at the time of actual pickup from the store, if at all that happens.

Thanks for joining the Forums. Its never ideal not getting your pre-order fulfilled. Nobody card was charge until the pre-order was shipped or pick at the store. If you like me to take a closer look. Yes! Went to check the status this morning and it says they cancelled it!!! Mine was chargered right away@ Smiley Sad now no phone and can't even go to my local store to pick it up, cause they haven't out the money back on my card Smiley Sad. Hopefully amazing still has the green 512gb one when they do!! I'm never going there again or ordering from them!!

That's a load!! Mt card was charged 1711$ came right off it! So where is my money. Since I guys cancelled it and I can't even go get another one! Till I guys put the money back on the card!!!
