I wanted 1tb or at least 512gb. Cause of no SD card !! I use my phone for games and photos! So need alot of storage.

Did u get ur money right back? Cause if thats the case, I'd sure cancel it. But last time I did cancel something (35 Google play card) I'm still waiting on the money!

This is very frustrating and disappointing. Totally defeats the purpose of a pre-order. Has any one received the Green s22 ultra? Even on Samsungs site, the projected date is 4/1....

Not sure how they have zero timeline for something that was supposed to be in our hands two weeks ago, but that's it.

No.. my status is worse.. they are going to cancel the order tomorrow. No one from best buy can do anything about this apparently. I feel like I wasted half my life on this.

I pre ordered as soon as it was available on Feb.9  T-mobile S22 Ultra 512GB, same as everyone i think was supposed to pick up on feb25th, got call from bestbuy that its not available yet, when i tried to ask when to expect they just dropped call, even when i called them and asked, when im trying to reach customer service chat they redirecting me . and now on march 9th i still dont know when to expect my phone, some forums says delay till april or even august. im about to cancel this order and get it from T-mobile. 200$ gift card and great trade in value is holding me for now.
