Update: Now my husbands phone came in but not mine. Called CS to ask about it since they were ordered the same time and they stated that were unable to give an update since the charge was on my husband's CC. Really?? I just want an update or status on this, other than "IN PROCESS".

I don't know about you, but for myself clearly the only way they will learn is losing customers since they aren't actively doing anything to at least communicate with us. It'd be one thing if as soon as 2/25 rolled around they sent out info to everyone whose phone they didn't have explaining the situation....but it has been weeks and they still couldn't even be bothered enough to do that, so why give them any more buisness? After I spend my $200 gift card (assuming I get the phone soon enough that I don't cancel), best buy will be dead to me until I hear they are better.
