S22 Ultra delay

I pre-ordered a Galaxy S22 Ultra (512GB, Unlocked, Black) on 2/11/2022.  It was supposed to be available for pickup on 2/25/2022 at the Cedar Park store in Texas.  I have not received an email or text saying that it is ready.  When I check the order status online it just says "In Progress".  When I called and ask about it they just say that they don't have any information about how long it will take.  I need to know how much longer this will take - days, weeks or months????

I'm in the same boat . I ordered on feb 10 and my brother ordered a week after that directly from Samsung.com and recieved his 2 days ago while us ordering earlier are still stuck ... just no idea what bestbuy is doing !! what's the point if they can't deliver on release date or even not offer store pickup

Same boat. Tmobile black 512gb. Was supposed to pick up on the 25th then delayed. I reached out to them several times. Yesterday they told me it should be in yesterday but nothing. Still delayed. I don't want to cancel because of the $200 gift card but in beyond mad since they have no insight

Update on my order** since I posted before about my phone beingf delayed after ordering feb 10. I now have gotten a  notification that my order was shipped but now currently seen two delays in shippment via fedex within 2 days each time saying its delivering today and didn't lol

Trapped in S22 Ultra purgatory. Placed a order on the 14th and its been sitting in progress since release unable to make changes. 3 hours of customer service holds, hang ups, lack of management, and never getting any info other than the generic response has me regretting ever preordering through bestbuy. Unlocked black 256g. Can apparently order another and have it two-day shipped thou based on website information. Puzzling.

I'm cancelling my order and going to my local verizon store that DOES have them in stock. Wierd....  Best buy sucks when it comes to their mobile department. This delay is ridiculous. Why have PRE-orders if you cannot fulfil them. Must've been why they offered the $200 promo gift card to try and keep you from cancelling. I don't care at this point anymore. I need a phone.

Cancelling my order and going to verizon as they somehow have them in stock but best buy cant get their hands on any... so dumb.
