"Preordered" an Unlocked Green S22 ultra 512GB on 2/16/2022 for in-store pickup. Still no word from anyone on an estimated date. In store personnel can't help me, and the online customer service is truly, mind-bogglingly useless. Today, 3/24/2022, I had a representative, who is presumably a living human being, repeatedly assure me that my order would arrive by 2/25/2022, and that I shouldn't worry. I feel like every day I don't cancel this order, leave Best Buy in the dust and get one from Samsung's website (which has actual listed ETAs based on variation) is a total waste.
