"Preordered" an Unlocked Green S22 ultra 512GB on 2/16/2022 for in-store pickup. Still no word from anyone on an estimated date. In store personnel can't help me, and the online customer service is truly, mind-bogglingly useless. Today, 3/24/2022, I had a representative, who is presumably a living human being, repeatedly assure me that my order would arrive by 2/25/2022, and that I shouldn't worry. I feel like every day I don't cancel this order, leave Best Buy in the dust and get one from Samsung's website (which has actual listed ETAs based on variation) is a total waste.

Preordered in store on Feb 11, never heard a thing from anyone at Best Buy regarding my order despite weeks of delay, called in a few times to customer service and visited the store, neve given any concrete information or Expected Date of Delivery. Finally, last week on March 18 received updated status of delivery for March 24 (today). Happy to say I received my phone finally.
Final thoughts regarding this process: I'm glad I waited it out and that my order didn't get cancelled....the $200 gift card and $100 savings for memory upgrade was worth the 4 week wait but Best Buy should have been better at communication which would have made the delay less of an issue and more tolerable.

Update - I was finally able to pickup my S22 Ultra today. Hopefully those still waiting on orders will get fulfilled soon. I hope Best Buy and Samsung improve the experience for next year. If not please learn that communication goes a long way.

I don't think there is any delays .. most of the places including my local Bestbuy S22U are in stock

So question i have pre ordered my s22ultra 256gb phantom black currently on the app it says that today the 29th its supposed to auto refund since they haven shipped out my product due to no inventory but I just placed an order to pick up the same model of preorder from a store today. Will customer service refund my new order once picked up and make my pre order show as fulfilled so I can actually keep my preorder bonuses and my promised compensation for the massive delay.

@Forsakened once either best buy cancel your order or you did they will minus the $200 gift card or whatever gifts or bonuses you received during pre-order from your refund hope this helps they cancelled my February 18th order and took back the gift card from my refund
