I order the green 512gb from amazon. I tried black 512gb and the 1tb black from best buy and they orders were canceled both times. I really hope you guys get yours! Other wise I strongly recommend amazon route.

I ordered on 9th morning itself and recently a best buy CS representative told me that their orders have not been accepted by Samsung yet. I highly doubt that they would have that much detailed visibility on the manufacturer pipeline with respect to a particular order but no visibility on when the shipment arrives for that order, hence I will take that comment with a pinch of salt. But one thing is becoming clearer that Samsung must be controlling acceptance of orders from some retailers including best buy and not all orders are accepted yet.

I'm sorry Smiley Sad try amazon. They seem to have 12 of each capacity except 1tb. I tried ording from Samsung on the 9 of Feb. , They canceled it after they said it was accepted . Was gonna get a galaxy box with it.

I just got an email about one of the two phones I ordered. It says my wife's S22 ultra green 256gb should be ready by no later then 3/29. If it's not ready by then. The email says they will cancel the order. I hope this isn't the case. I didn't get any email about my S22 ultra white 512gb.

@Famstinger - Was that a store pickup order or ship to home order ? I have been told that "ship to home" orders are directly handled by Samsung to Best buy wharehouse and if not accepted by Samsung, they will be cancelled. However, the store pickup orders are delivered as part of bulk inventry per store and are not easily trackable. Were you ever given an estimated pickup date at the first place? I was given a store pickup date of 4/1 just cople of days after I ordered on 9th Feb. Since, i placed the pre-order online, my card has not been charged yet and the $200 credit will also be pending until my order is fulfilled and picked up from the store.

@Sushiv I ordered online and had it set for store pick up. Original date to pick both phones up was March 1st. Well it's official I got a email saying best buy cannot fulfill my order for my S22 Ultra white 512gb. They gave me a $100 gift card in the email for the inconvenience. But it still shows my wife should get her S22 ultra green 256gb by the 29th of this month. But the email also said if they can't fulfill it by the 29th they are going to cancel it. So my wife ended up ordering my S22 Ultra white 512gb from Samsung and it will be delivered on the 25th of this month. I wasn't going to go through Samsung because there's no option to trade in a pixel 6 pro can I lose the $200 gift card plus $100 free memory upgrade. But I didn't have a choice but one of the phone. Thanks best buy.

I have a feeling that some internal decision has been made in best buy regarding not to sell off higher storage models or colored models and only focus on black lowest configuration models which can be sold in the store. Its also possible that they might have only ordered the basic configuration for retail from Samsung and are now placing the higher configuration models, which will take time.

I ordered S22Ultre 256g (free upgrade from 128g) on Feb 17. Status was "Order in progress , will send email when ready to pickup" ,all options are grayed out except cancel order , on March 13 , they enabled change pickup from In-store to Ship to home . With in few hours status change to preparing your order , yesterday I received UPS tracking number , scheduled delivery today
