I also pre-ordered (on 2/15), the 256gb version in Phantom black....still no word at all from my local best buy. Only thing it says is that they will email me when it is ready for pickup.
Not sure why it is not the norm to at the very least communicate with your customer, especially when the idea of a pre-order is to get it on release day and you've heard nothing almost 2 full weeks later.
Terrible customer service. I get that there are some issues with supply chains right now, but when everyone that ordered elsewhere has their and I don't even have an email giving me some general information about what is happening it makes me question why give them buisness to begin with.

I will probably do that if they cannot give me a date. I thought the $200 best buy gift card would be nice, especially once I decide to get a PS5, but my s9+ is on its way out and I am not sure how much longer I can wait for this.
