I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and was told they would be available for instore pickup on Friday I even made sure to get the Black model due to it being more readily available and yet I'm still here waiting...I then went to the website looked at the exact model I was getting and saw it was available for purchase and to be picked up within 3 days from purchase. I'm getting very frustrated with Best Buy at this moment and might even cancel my order if this goes on another week! I'm sure in not alone either as it seems.

Everyone cancel your pre-order and go to Samsung.com and order it there. I just ordered a black s22 ultra and it will arrive by this Thursday 3/11. No joke. I confirmed it with a Samsung rep as well.

I also pre-ordered (on 2/15), the 256gb version in Phantom black....still no word at all from my local best buy.  Only thing it says is that they will email me when it is ready for pickup.  

 

Not sure why it is not the norm to at the very least communicate with your customer, especially when the idea of a pre-order is to get it on release day and you've heard nothing almost 2 full weeks later. 

 

Terrible customer service.  I get that there are some issues with supply chains right now, but when everyone that ordered elsewhere has their and I don't even have an email giving me some general information about what is happening it makes me question why give them buisness to begin with.

Also trapped in order purgatory, no one knows anything. I ordered on 2/17 and stuck "were fulfilling your order and it will be ready for pickup soon" i just want a date so I can decide if I want to cancel.

Go to samsung.com. I purchased a Galaxy s22ultra black and it will arrive by 3/11... No idea why best buy can't fulfill the pre-orders as intended. Cancel and head to Samsung's website. They also give a $100 Google gift card for ordering thru Samsung.

I will probably do that if they cannot give me a date.  I thought the $200 best buy gift card would be nice, especially once I decide to get a PS5, but my s9+ is on its way out and I am not sure how much longer I can wait for this.
