I pre-ordered a Galaxy S22 Ultra (512GB, Unlocked, Black) on 2/11/2022. It was supposed to be available for pickup on 2/25/2022 at the Cedar Park store in Texas. I have not received an email or text saying that it is ready. When I check the order status online it just says "In Progress". When I called and ask about it they just say that they don't have any information about how long it will take. I need to know how much longer this will take - days, weeks or months????

Update on my order** since I posted before about my phone beingf delayed after ordering feb 10. I now have gotten a notification that my order was shipped but now currently seen two delays in shippment via fedex within 2 days each time saying its delivering today and didn't lol

I'm cancelling my order and going to my local verizon store that DOES have them in stock. Wierd.... Best buy sucks when it comes to their mobile department. This delay is ridiculous. Why have PRE-orders if you cannot fulfil them. Must've been why they offered the $200 promo gift card to try and keep you from cancelling. I don't care at this point anymore. I need a phone.
