I want that mobile provided in above link I am from India and my brother was in USA so hee can bring but it was locked mobile how I can get unlocked

He would have needed to purchase this one.  Samsung Galaxy S8 Unlocked

Unfortunately I do not believe the moderators will be able to give you the necessary information to unlock a phone as you purchased a phone intenede to be under contract with Sprint.

Do  a Google search for  Samsung phone unlock code 

That will give you the simple instruction on  how to do it but not provide the necessary unlock code.  

You may have to contact Samsung Customer support for that.

Best Buy would not be able to advise you how to unlock your phone that is locked to the Sprint network.
