I would also like an answer. I ordered 22+ black 256gb May 1 and customer service keeps telling me a few days when I call. It's been 15 without a single update and I'm about to be phoneless soon. I'd like a date also please.

This is a world wide thing going on with Samsung.  Every retailer is having issues. Forums all over the place are blowing up over it.

Yup! About a week or so ago. My issue wasn't with the fact that there were delays it was more so the fact regarding updates. It would have been great to know that phones are expected at certain time instead of 2 days before its shipped as in my situation I would have got a different phone due to the timeline. I just barely made it without being phoneless or having to get something else.

Ok great to hear.....I am in kind of the same boat, I have no issues with waiting, but rather being not informed or given the run-around has been extremely frustrating.  Thanks for the quick response
